Culinary Pop Ups

Pop up event restaurants using known chefs and popular restaurant brands gives guests an unexpected excitement with a unique twist within the Sydney food scene.

Bayleaf is excited to create truly unique guest experiences by recommending a range of pop up dining activations to suit your event.

As an alternative to traditional dining options, our team can effectively design and manage themed pop up food stations as well as full engagement of food trucks to deliver on your expectation.

Our pop ups and food trucks all use sustainable local produce and are able to serve various cuisines to add variety to your food offering, producing their popular signature dishes which appeal to differing tastes and dietary requirements.

We can recommend the right fit for your audience and manage the entire process, from concept to design through to implementation.
