A Little Bit of History
The Ball & Gregson Bakeries were started many years ago by my mother in law’s parents in the sea side town of Southport, England.
Today, the chain of bakeries as she remembers as a little girl are long gone, our pastry and pies fillings are inspired by her memories of traditional Lancashire comfort food combined with her modern creativity & culinary skill.
