Company Director, Christopher Stubbs, had a pipe dream to develop a boutique catering company in the busy food hub of Sydney. In 2002 that dream became reality in the form of Bayleaf Catering.

Our food operation which comprises of a state of the art commercial kitchen, administrative offices and warehouse facility is conveniently located in the central hub of Alexandria, a stones throw from Sydney airport. Our kitchen meets the high standards set by local council as well as ensuring that we provide a safe and secure workplace for our staff and our guests.

Bayleaf Catering has been granted a NSW Caterers Liquor Licence. All our beverage staff are accredited with Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.


Bayleaf Catering has successfully met all the requirements as set out to be granted a NSW Gold Catering Licence. Bayleaf Catering are also a member of the Restaurant and Catering Association of NSW. Bayleaf is a proud member of *The International Special Events Society (ISES), which comprises of over 3.000 professionals in 27 countries representing special events producers (from festivals to trade shows), caterers, decorators, florists, destination management companies, rental companies, special effects experts, tent suppliers, audio-visual technicians, party and convention coordinators, balloon artists, educators, journalists, hotel sales managers, specialty entertainers, convention center managers, venues and many more. www.ises.org.au.
